Can I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or has parts missing for reasons not our fault cannot be refunded. Returns must be made in their original complete condition, in the same packaging used for shipping, within 14 days of receipt.
Why protect the charging case?
AirPods, although innovative and high sound quality, are fragile and more expensive than wired models. The AirPods 3 cost 199 euros, and the Pro model is 240 euros. Replacing the charging case is expensive. They are susceptible to common damage, especially the charging case. A protective TPU case is recommended to protect them from drops, scrapes and dust.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your region. We aim to deliver your cases as quickly as possible, usually within 5-10 business days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
